I’ve started another health kick. My weight is at a standstill and not where I want it to be. However I’ve not been saintly. So it’s back on the wagon!
One of the things I am doing is increasing the amount of water I drink. This of course has side effects but its flushing the fat I break down away.
How many of us though take clean, safe drinking water for granted? There are people out there who don’t have a safe water supply and many children die from drinking infected water.
So I am thankful as I take a sip and remind my self of the benefits. Cheers me dears! 😀
